Mi Amoré Glam’s number 1 priority is to provide our customers with the best luxury hair and experience. All Mi Amoré Glam hair has gone through a severe quality control process to make sure we provide the best hair to our clients. Each selection has been collected from one donor. All cuticles are intact and you will notice the natural taper at the end. We assure you that if maintained probably your investment will last 1 to 3 years.


  • Mi Amoré Glam strive to have the soonest turn around possible. Processing takes up to 2 to 7 business days not including the day you ordered. We ship orders Monday through Friday before 12:00 PM (EST).
  • If we are unable process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 3-5 business days.
  • We ship all national and international orders via USPS and tracking will be provided for your package. All packages will require a signature at delivery.
  • Shipping and handling cost will be added to your order and that cost is subject to change at any time.


  • Mi Amoré does not offer a refund but we do offer a 5-day exchange or store credit to your account from the day the package is signed for.
  • Please note in order to receive credit for your exchange the hair MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN RECEIVED.
  • Before any exchange, store credit or replacement hair is honored, we must receive the hair back in our possession to inspect and determine its quality.
  • We reserve all rights to decide whether the product(s) are in fact defective. We do not offer refunds, replacements or exchanges if you process the hair in any manner (coloring, lifting, etc.) and/or if the hair has been tampered with in anyway deeming it non re-sellable.
  • If your package is returned to sender you will be responsible for all newly accrued shipping fees associated with the resending of your package.
  • Returned packages must first be received prior to us resending your package.
  • We do not accept unauthorized returns. Returns must be pre-approved.
  • When returning packages to Mi Amoré please have your order number, name and address available.
